I submitted a ticket and still haven’t heard back. Here’s a link to my issue and all the screenshots on the Trust Wallet help forum, where it was suggested I needed to talk to Rarible. Any ideas on what I should do?
When did you submit your ticket? Did you use the Zendesk form?
I submitted it yesterday and used the form, yes. I got an automated response saying it’s ticket #36200.
So be patient,
You have to be aware that the Rarible Team is small and all tickets are processed manually. They will answer sooner or later.
