That’s what I’ve found out so far, but probably his other NFTS aren’t authentic either. help to report!

Hi @kaiowk, thanks for your noticing the possibility of IP theft here; I’ve reported the page as a possible copy-minter but in the meantime, can you be sure that the user doesn’t have authority to reproduce?

Obvs the pieces you’ve pulled up are by others but that doesn’t mean the user doesn’t hold reproduction rights, so can you confirm if you’ve been able to approach the user and ask?

Also, can you please post your profile and contact socials here, thank you

Well, he edited the images and removed the signatures so he wouldn’t get caught, so it seems obvious to me. Anyway we can contact the real creators

Again, thank you for reporting

again, not being the artist doesn’t always mean the user is not authorised to reproduce (for example, I licence my paintings and my photography to different agents, including Adobe and Getty, all of whom are licensed to reproduce commercially)

and, again, please can you post your own contact details such as your Rarible profile and your Twitter here

thank you

Sorry mate but that’s a dead link so nothing can be checked

Alternatively, we are all users ourselves so if you do see something suspicious then can you please do a check yourself, such as a reverse image search to start with but also reaching out to who you think is the copyright holder (remember that some people do actually hold licenses to reprint the work of others so don’t automatically jump on the copy-minter cry, do some research first)

If after your research you find something then you can always report the page as well as saying something here

thanks
