I get to the minting process and it says it can’t be completed at this time… whyyyyy?
Had the same problem 
Contacted support & they advised to change to a MetaMask wallet! Which I have done & transferred my public key, BUT I have lost approx $24 trying to mint previously & my user ID is no longer there & I cannot reconnect to it (
