There have been multiple users throughout the week who have reported an error which appears after they try to mint something, the transaction goes through and they pay the gas fees. Transaction shows up in Etherscan as completed. But the website throws an error and the artwork doesn’t get minted or atleast doesn’t show up in their profile.
What the error looks like:
‘Invalid JSON RPC response: {“id”:61360,“jsonrpc”:“2.0”}’
I’m the most recent reporter and can provide a few more details. Am using a Coinbase Wallet and connecting to Rarible via WalletLink. My mobile device is a Samsung Galaxy S10+, desktop is a Windows 10 Pro PC and browsing with Google Chrome. After clicking Create, the pop-up showing token minting progress will display the JSON error sting after an authorisation is given via the wallet app, where mining fee is taken, but no token is created.
Someone else was getting an NFT creation error on Discord, though slightly different with a “Loading chunk 25 is missing” error… perhaps related? I see there is a file missing when Chrome inspector is run…

Earlier attempts with the ERC721 have not showed up. Was this a Sysop intervention or what? Very strange…
EDIT: Tried to mint a new token today and got failed with a different error:
Invalid JSON RPC response: {"reason":"Did not observe any item or terminal signal within 5000ms in 'peek' (and no fallback has been configured)","id":67}

Same problem with me. Using Coinbase wallet on iphone 6s and Rarible.com on Brave Browser on Macbook Pro 2019. Every time I try to mint a token this message shows up and fees was paid from my wallet. I lost around 0.2 ETH in fees. What’s the deal?

Yes indeed the issue is as stated: “…the website throws an error and the artwork doesn’t get minted or atleast doesn’t show up in their profile.”…SO, Using Coinbase Wallet on iPhoneX (Safari 14 on Mac iOS 10.15.6)…I had the exact same error when trying to create my first collectible (tried single and multiple) and paid a couple bucks in minting fees trying twice and got this error both times: "Invalid JSON RPC response: {“reason”:“Did not observe any item or terminal signal within 5000ms in ‘peek’ (and no fallback has been configured)”,“id” blah blah blah…how can we recover fees? What a buzzkill for a newcomer to this scene.

Tell me about it. Was all excited and then nothing. Terrible terrible user experience. All ETH that was transferred should be returned immediately and without question. Straight up thievery.
