My NFT cant be seen in light mode

I just published my first NFT, the cover image i picked was a white png file, as i was using the website in dark mode i didnt notice my error, so now, everyone who has light mode turned on on rarible cant see my art, its just blank.

Is there a way to edit this without spending more money?

Hi, and welcome among us.

Sorry but now. The principle of a NFT is : once minted, it’s immuable. It can just change of owner.

My NFT here and my profile here
I always follow for follow, even on instagram where you can see my other pieces and my painting process.

Dang, that’s pretty unfortunate. Sorry to hear that, smairugraphics.
Like Sheratan stated, once minted, and NFT cannot be changed. Even with simple things like title, description, or category, there is no current way to change those.

You’ll have to mint your piece again with a more appropriate cover image or wish yourself the best of luck for it to sell while showing others your piece.
I personally see most people use dark mode, so I wouldn’t give up hope!

Yea ill probably let it stay there for the time being, thanks for yout input.
I just wished the website had a feature for this, you see, in some websites when you do such a thing the website itself recognizes it and makes a dark background behind the png file.
