Why hasn’t RARI announced that multiple accounts have this problem & they’re working on it?
This process has also brought to light another weakness in the RARI chain, customer service. My last Support Email request was sent on the 18th of March, I haven’t received a reply, yet customers seeking verification & the like can take 2 weeks if you’re pulling in enough ETH.
